HEALTH

Staying healthy is very important but many people are not. Something many people forget is that you do not need to eat only healthy foods to be a healthy person; you can work out as well. Another fact that people forget is that you do not need to run to workout! You can lift weights, do ab exercises, take the stairs and much more. In my Workout Health page I go over all of this and give you a step by step of many of the workouts that I do multiple times a week!

Eating healthy is another important aspect in heaving a healthy body. No I am not going to tell you to eat lettuce for all your meals and this is because you can eat delicious foods and it can still be healthy, you just need the right recipes and I have them! Check out my Healthy Food page for recipes of a couple of my favorite meals, drinks and snacks!
