What I Eat on the Daily
Eating healthy is not only very important to staying healthy, keeping your body healthy but it is also important to me. So, here are a couple of recipes of my favorite meals, snacks and drinks for you to try out on your own if your wish!
SMOOTHIES
These are three of some of my favorite smoothie recipes that I drink everyday, are easy to make, filling and healthy for you.



SPINACH CUCUMBER SMOOTHIE
1 Normal sized Apple
1 1/3 cup Spinach , packed
1 Cucumber
1 Avocado
2 cups Almond Milk (can use normal milk if you wish, I do not recommend whole milk)
BLUEBERRY & BANANA SMOOTHIE
1 ½ cups to 2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 2% milk or water
1 ½ cups frozen blueberries
1 ½ cup frozen bananas
1 teaspoon maple syrup, you can add more if you wish
WATERMELON & MANGO SMOOTHIE
1 tablespoon mango jam (squeezed)
2 cups seedless watermelon chunks (can add more if you wish)
1 1/3 tablespoon honey
1 to 1 1/2Â cup yogurt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
HEALTHY DINNERS/SNACKS
These are some of my favorite dinner recipes that are easy to make and healthy for you as well.

HUMMUS & GRILLED VEGETABLE WRAP
2 medium zucchini, cut lengthwise into 1/4-inch slices
2 teaspoons olive oil
1/8 teaspoon salt
Pinch freshly ground black pepper
1 cup store-bought hummus
4 pieces whole-wheat wrap bread (about 9 inches in diameter)
1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted
1 medium red bell pepper, thinly sliced
2 ounces baby spinach leaves (2 cups lightly packed)
1/2 cup red onion thinly sliced into half moons
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves

SWEET POTATO& SPINACH QUESADILLAS
2 medium sweet potatoes (1 pound total)
1 cup red-wine vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
4 black peppercorns
1 large red onion, sliced
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
8 (6-inch) flour tortillas
5 cups baby spinach (about 4 ounces)
1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella
4 teaspoons olive oil

CHICKEN BREAST WITH SHAVED BRUSSEL SPROUTS
2 (8-ounce) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
3/4 teaspoon kosher salt, divided
2 broccoli stems
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
3 cups thinly sliced Brussels sprouts (from 12 medium)
2 celery stalks, thinly sliced
1/4 cup toasted hazelnuts
1/4 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley, coarsely chopped
1 ounce Parmesan cheese, coarsely grated

YOGURT BOWL RECIPES
These are a couple of my favorite breakfast snacks that are not only easy and quick to make but also delicious and healthy for you.


BERRY YOGURT BOWL
1Â cup plain 2% greek yogurt
1 1/2Â tbsp chopped mint
2Â tbsp chopped walnuts (is not a necessary ingredient, only add if you wish)
1Â cup citrus and mint berries (can add more if you wish)
PINA COLADA YOGURT BOWL
1 1/2Â cup vanilla greek yogurt
1/2Â cup fresh pineapple
1/2Â cup toasted coconut
3Â hazelnuts (not a necessary ingredient, add if you wish)

KIWI STRAWBERRY & BANANA YOGURT BOWL
1Â kiwi
1Â medium sized pear
8Â strawberries
1Â banana
1Â cup yogurt
